Training in Entreprenuership, Leadership, Governance and Management is ETL's flagship. Over the years, ETL partners have provided short course training and capacity building to Government, Non Governmental Organizations and individuals locally and internationally on Entrepreneurship and Management Systems. ETL provides tailor-made in-service courses, lasting a few days to several weeks.The Empower To Lead Consultants Limited provides internal training programmes based on its core competences. ETL does provide internal training programs for parastatals, NGOs, SMEs among others including the Government Ministries,individuals and Counties.
